How is my order delivered?
We use only specialist furniture delivery companies rather than normal parcel couriers to help limit the risk of any damage occurring during the delivery process. You will receive a phone call from our delivery company to book in a day to deliver your order to you and also you can request to be called 30 minutes before they arrive so you don’t have to wait in all day for them.
Please note all deliveries of novelty beds do not receive a phone call. Once you receive an email from us confirming that your order has been booked on with the courier company you will receive the bed the following working day.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple. You can place an order by any of the following ways:

- By telephone on 0203 397 2827. Our fully trained customer service team are always happy to help and are available from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday.

What happens once I place my order?
Once we have received your order, you will be sent an order confirmation by email outlining your order details and an order number which you can reference for all correspondents you have with us at anytime.
You will continue to be updated along the order process; from being informed once payment has been taken from you card, all the way up to when your order has been booked on with the delivery company.
Please ensure that you double check all your order details carefully so any mistakes can be corrected as soon as possible to help avoid any disappointment and unnecessary delays to your delivery.
Why have I not received an order confirmation email?
On very rare occasions the order confirmation email does not reach your inbox. Most common issue of this happening is that your email service provider has mistaken the email as junk or spam so please check these folders. If you still cannot find your email, please contact our customer service team on 0203 297 2827 and we will investigate further.
When do you take payment from my card?
We only take payment from your card for your order once we have confirmed that all checks have been done and that we can process your order to the next stage of the order process.
On the occasions when you place an order for a bed that is out of stock, we would only take payment closer to the time of when we can process your order for delivery. However, if the bed is out of stock longer than 30 days from the date you place your order our ordering system will automatically take payment from your card as otherwise your order will be cancelled.
For all out of stock orders a member of our customer service team will contact you to notify you of the situation and when payment would be taken from your card on the event that the bed is out of stock for longer than 30 days.

How do I track my order?
Due to us offering such a large range of beds, we work with a variety of different manufacturers and different delivery companies so it is difficult to offer a tracking system for your order.
We make sure that the emails that we send to you throughout your order process are as detailed and informative as possible so you know what is happening. However should you have any questions relating to the status of your order please feel free to call our customer service team on 0203 397 2827 and they will be more than happy to give you as much information as they can regarding your order status.
Are your items covered by a guarantee?
With every order we offer our 100% customer satisfaction or your money back guarantee which is available for the first 7 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will give you a refund.
All beds supplied by ChildrensBeds4All are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date you receive your order (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If the bed develops a fault or defect while under warranty please notify us immediately.
What happens if my bed is faulty?
In the unfortunate event that you have received a bed which is faulty/damaged please contact us immediately on 0203 397 2827 and we will order replacement parts free of charge or collect the faulty bed from you for a refund if you choose to.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you decide to change your order please contact our customer service team on 0203 397 2827 as soon as possible to help ensure that no delay occurs on your order.
On the unfortunate occasion that you wish to cancel your order, you have 7 working days after the day on which you receive your order to do so. Please notify us in writing via going to our “Contact Us” or call our customer service team on 0203 397 2827 and we can get this processed for you.
Do you offer an assembly service?
Yes we do now offer an assembly service.
However at this time we only have this option available on certain beds. To see whether we can offer the assembly service on the particular bed that you are interested in please go to the ‘Accessories’ tab on the product description page which will show the ability to add the assembly service to your order.

Do you delivery outside Mainland UK?
Due to we use specialist furniture delivery companies and not international parcel companies we can only accept Mainland UK orders at this time.
What is the availability of a bed?
We try to make sure that we have stock in of all our beds at all times however on some occasions we do run out of stock due to high demand.
To see if the product you are interested in is ‘In Stock’ or ‘Out of Stock’ please go to the product description page of the particular bed that you are interested in and on the right hand side above the ‘Add to basket’ button you will see the stock status of the bed.
